Gustavo A. Madero was born and raised with a deep sense of family legacy. His name carries the honor of his great-great-grandfather, Gustavo A. Madero, who, along with his brother Francisco I. Madero, prioritized the welfare of society over personal ambitions and fathered the Mexican Revolution. Growing up with this legacy of social responsibility has profoundly influenced Gustavo’s approach to his profession. He carries forward the values of service and dedication, focusing on the development and growth of his clients in both personal and economic aspects.

His commitment to community service is a testament to his belief in demonstrating love for people through his work. This guiding principle drives the practice of his profession and shapes the law firm's mission to create value and benefit for all members of our binational society.

To follow his mission, Gustavo began his professional journey in Mexico City, where he earned his law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and gained valuable experience with top-tier law firms specializing in corporate law and civil and commercial litigation. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Gustavo ensures effective communication with clients in both languages, bridging any cultural and linguistic gaps with ease.

Driven to expand his expertise, Gustavo pursued advanced studies in Chicago, Illinois, earning a Master’s in Law and a certificate in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s School of Law and Kellogg School of Management. This period allowed him to deepen his understanding of corporate and commercial law from a business perspective.

Following his studies, Gustavo continued practicing in both the United States and Mexico, focusing on individuals and companies with cross-border interests. His career took a global turn when he led an in-house legal team for an international corporation with operations in Mexico, the United States, and Europe. This role provided him with extensive international experience, managing deals across the Americas, Asia, and Europe. To further enhance his leadership skills, he completed the Harvard Management Mentor Program.

With his extensive legal and managerial experience, Gustavo founded his own law firm in Mexico City and later established a second firm in Los Angeles, California. These two firms now collaborate seamlessly, offering comprehensive legal services across both countries in corporate and commercial law, probate, trusts and estates, and immigration.
Admitted to practice law in Mexico, California, New York, and before the Supreme Court of the United States, Gustavo is well-equipped to handle a diverse range of legal matters on both sides of the border.
